Does anyone have any experince with these tractors or any other Landini tractors.

No experience here but they are a pretty well established name in Europe. There may be a connection between Landini and Buhler in N.A. I'm not sure what happened to the deal or if it would translate into parts and service for a particular tractor. ....

Landini makes good dependable middle of the price range tractors. Owned by Argo,as is McCormick. Massey Ferguson did own Landini from the 60s until the late 80s or so. the Buhler deal is to supply badge-engineered Genesis tractors for European sales in Landini blue. ....

I have looked on all of the Landini web sites and I can't find the 5860 on any of them. I have looked at one at a local dealership in Laurel Ms. and I sure like the looks of
them. I also like the fact that they have a Perkins engine.
I have compared them to the popular brands and it appears
that I may be getting more bang for My buck. My main concern
is parts and service. There are only two Dealerships in Ms. ....

I did a small search and found dealers under the Landini name. I don't know if there may be some support under another name such as AGCO. For example New Holland supports my Ford.
Generally it is handy to have a dealer at least within transport distance (mine is 2.5 hours away). While most any mechanic can work on any tractor if they have manuals, only dealers are likely to have the special tools are required, or at least cut a bunch of hours off the labour costs.
I did run across the site below. It seems to have a bunch of tractor and corporate history.

It doesn't look like anyone has much knowledge of the Landini line of tractors. I did talk to one person today that said that in the 50 H.P. range that they would out work any others in that range,but that is just his thoughts
on the matter
